VImp - AICTE- Internship Opportunities for students with a stipend for AMRUT 2.0 scheme

AICTE along with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) is going to offer internship opportunities to students with stipend through National Internship Portal. Students will be engaged in AMRUT 2.0 scheme as an intern.
AMRUT 2.0 aims to contribute to the vision of a self-reliant and water-secure urban India by enhancing the infrastructure and services in cities and towns. Also, we have developed Amrutham a comprehensive Mobile Application and a Web Interface for paperless monitoring of tap water connections and sewage projects' progress and funding.
In this scheme, it is proposed that students from various institutes will verify the water connections using the Amrutham application and subsequently a mentor from the same institute will vet the work done by a particular student.
Benefits to Students:
- Internship Completion Certificate (MoHUA and AICTE)
- Stipend will be provided for verification for each connection.
- Travel and internet expenditure reimbursement per Gig (Upto a certain limit)
